(and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates) ("Motion," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (CR No. 4030024412, Unified No. 7012771114), with its principal place of business at 3404 Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Branch Road, Al Faysaliyah District, Jeddah 23441, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and operating through its separate subsidiaries and affiliates in various countries including but not limited to the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, France, and others.
